Food Service Worker

Job overview

The Food Service Worker role is onsite in Boston, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $20–$23 per hour. Restaurant Associates provides dining and event catering for museums, performing arts centers, and corporations.

What you'll do

• Prepare, present, and serve food
• wash, peel, cut, and seed produce
• weigh and measure ingredients
• carry food and supplies safely
• store food using wrapping, dating, food-safety, and rotation procedures
• clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
• distribute supplies and portable equipment
• follow recipes and production standards
• serve customers and address concerns
• follow inventory, cash-control, sanitation, and safety procedures. Previous food-service experience is required.
