What you'll do

• Oversee staff selection, supervision, training, scheduling, and recruitment
• ensure compliance with regulations and campus policies
• coordinate marketing and public relations with the Community Relations Coordinator
• maintain accurate facility records and provide reports to the Executive Director
• oversee building and grounds maintenance and resident social and recreational programming
• respond to concerns and complaints
• report incidents and suspected abuse as required
• participate in on-call coverage.
