What you'll do

• Hand-toss dough
• assemble and top pizzas and calzones
• bake items in a stone oven
• organize and expedite orders to the front-of-house team
• clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and workstations
• prepare ingredients
• follow food-safety requirements
• unload and store deliveries
• communicate kitchen needs to managers
• interact with customers as needed.
