What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and common areas
• clean amenity areas, breezeways, and trash receptacles
• remove debris and pet waste
• assist with minor work orders
• deliver resident correspondence and packages as requested
• perform pressure washing and custodial cleaning as directed
• maintain pool chemical logs as directed
• report maintenance concerns
• assist with inspections, inventory, vendors, and unit punch work
• provide weekend coverage according to schedule.
