What you'll do

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services
• sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise
• build a pipeline through leads, prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• respond to inquiries and walk-ins
• follow up with prospective customers
• manage leads and customer activity in HubSpot
• explain options and complete sales documentation
• attend services as appropriate
• participate in community events and offsite appointments
• partner with funeral home, cemetery, operations, and location leadership teams.

Why this role

Uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, whichever is greater; paid hourly training during the first six weeks. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for local appointments and outreach; applicable state licenses or registrations must be obtained within 60 days or the timeframe required by law.
