Warehouse Manager

What you'll do

• Supervise, organize, and train warehouse employees
• establish and monitor operational goals
• promote safety, quality, customer focus, and collaboration
• oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory control, space management, logistics, productivity, shipping, and customer service
• schedule the team and manage workflow
• establish procedures for receiving, shipping, handling, storage, and inventory
• ensure accurate and timely transactions
• manage cycle counts and physical inventories with Purchasing and Finance
• maintain an orderly warehouse and conduct 5S events
• inspect equipment and oversee maintenance
• review productivity and loss prevention
• manage product transportation logistics
• control departmental spending
• coordinate with other departments
• participate in quality corrective-action meetings
• coordinate recycling programs
• ensure safety-policy compliance.
