Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Buffalo, NY. Compensation is $75,000–$100,000 per year. The role manages construction projects through their full lifecycle, coordinating customers, field teams, trades, materials, schedules, contracts, and budgets. It contributes to safe, efficient project delivery and profitable work while maintaining required documentation and closeout records.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and introduce services where appropriate
• coordinate across company divisions
• manage project scope, estimates, change orders, invoicing, budgets, costs, and subcontracts
• coordinate staffing, tools, materials, and site logistics with foremen
• work with other trades
• manage submittals, schedules, participation requirements, RFIs, and closeout documents
• ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
