What you'll do

• Make approximately 300 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing residential customers
• follow up on leads, generate interest, and schedule appointments
• handle inbound calls as needed
• document interactions and follow-up in the CRM
• use a dialer and multiple technology platforms
• ask questions to understand customer needs
• meet call-volume, productivity, and performance expectations
• participate in coaching and training.
