Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise maintenance staff
• prioritize work orders and establish daily schedules
• follow up on assignments
• maintain service-request records and inventory
• provide on-call evening, weekend, and holiday emergency maintenance
• inspect property and report issues
• coordinate purchases and contract services
• train staff and establish preventive maintenance schedules
• complete apartment repairs and make-ready work
• inspect grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• perform or coordinate custodial, grounds, and emergency maintenance.
