What you'll do

• Maintain leaseholds and support lease renewal and rent-reduction programs
• identify new locations and sign-development sites
• negotiate new and renewal leases
• resolve property discrepancies
• secure permits, variances, rezoning, and annexations
• develop community relations
• coordinate sign installation with operations and subcontractors
• maintain lease files
• oversee department budgets and reports
• travel as needed to meet property owners.
