What you'll do

• Assess client needs and develop case plans
• advise clients on legal conflicts and options
• conduct legal research
• prepare for and attend hearings and proceedings
• represent clients in hearings, conferences, and trials
• negotiate and develop litigation strategy
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents
• maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines
• communicate case status and guidance to clients
• collaborate with attorneys, staff, and court personnel
• support junior staff where appropriate
• meet billable-hour expectations.
