What you'll do

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry associates
• assist with hiring and performance management
• inspect rooms and public and back-of-house areas
• manage labor and schedules within budgets
• maintain inventory and order supplies
• oversee key controls, safety, and guest privacy
• coordinate repairs with Maintenance
• maintain department records
• and respond to guest concerns.
