Job Coach — Summer Youth Work Experience

Job overview

The Job Coach role is onsite in Saint Clairsville, OH. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The position supports Goodwill’s Summer Youth Work Experience program for students with disabilities ages 15–21. The coach helps trainees build foundational work skills and prepare for competitive employment through supervised, community-based work experiences. The role provides individualized support, monitors progress, addresses concerns, and facilitates safe transportation to designated sites.

What you'll do

• Develop individualized service plans
