What you'll do

• Deliver daily second-shift production targets for safety, OEE, quality, scrap, labor productivity, and output
• drive department improvements using World Class Manufacturing methods
• pursue conversion-cost savings through productivity improvements and scrap reduction
• foster teamwork and integrity
• set performance and development goals for trainee supervisors and front-line leaders
• and support quarterly performance reviews as needed.
