The Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Tractor Trailer Driver is an onsite role based in Wetmore, MI. Compensation is $24/hour, and this position supports the waste transportation team at GFL Environmental. This role exists to safely and efficiently operate tractor-trailer trucks to transport solid waste and recyclables to landfills, transfer stations, or material recovery facilities. The driver ensures load security and maintains vehicle performance standards.

What you'll do

• Operate tractor-trailer truck and hydraulic systems
• ensure load security and proper tarping
• provide net weight and trailer numbers to CSR
• complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• maintain route quality
• follow all safety and environmental regulations.
