What you'll do

• Translate leadership priorities into plans with owners, milestones, and deadlines
• manage and reprioritize the department’s work list
• coordinate projects and cross-functional initiatives
• track commitments and deliverables
• coordinate requests and approvals with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology
• manage signed-opportunity handoffs
• prepare agendas, updates, and reports
• maintain records and tracking systems
• identify risks and process gaps
• analyze operational data and implement improvements
• provide targeted training.
