What you'll do

• Ensure inmates receive program services that meet company standards

• ensure proper processing for program needs
• direct diagnostic, treatment, and aftercare planning
• supervise treatment programs and work with consulting psychologists and other professionals
• assess program staff needs and provide supervision and training
• provide case consultations and one-to-one counseling when needed
• assist with program proposals and policies
• participate in service-plan development
• direct department functions and personnel
• prepare progress reports.
