CNC Machinist, Third Shift

The CNC Machinist role is onsite at a precision manufacturing facility in Joplin, MO, on third shift, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Monday–Friday. Compensation is $25 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. The facility makes precision components for the industrial equipment industry. The machinist sets up and operates multi-axis CNC equipment, inspects parts against tight tolerances, and troubleshoots production issues to maintain stable output and quality. What you'll do

• Set up machines for production
• operate multiple CNC machines
• verify dimensional and visual quality
• measure parts with precision inspection equipment
• make tool-wear and dimensional offsets
• troubleshoot machining issues
• interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
• complete production and quality documentation.

Why this role
