What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• triage and examine patients
• gather histories, presenting complaints, vital signs, and examination findings
• conduct diagnostic measures including imaging and laboratory tests
• diagnose conditions and create treatment plans
• discuss diagnoses and options with customers
• prepare estimates and medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• provide aftercare and prevention guidance.
