What you'll do

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with program directors and teachers.
• Support directors with paperwork and evidence collection for classroom assessments.
• Deliver Star Rating reports.
• Guide the development of Quality Improvement Plans.
• Coach, mentor, and consult with staff through the continuous quality improvement loop.
• Conduct classroom visits, observations, and modeling.
• Conduct training and professional development.
• Maintain records, reports, and data per guidelines.
