What you'll do

• Lead food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs across multiple facilities
• develop and improve FSMS, QMS, SOPs, and quality controls
• oversee HACCP, FDA, USDA/FSIS, FSMA, GMP, SQF, BRCGS, and GFSI compliance and audits
• manage investigations, CAPA, root cause analysis, sanitation verification, allergen management, environmental monitoring, supplier quality, product holds, traceability, and recall preparedness
• monitor quality KPIs and mentor FSQA personnel.
