What you'll do

• Oversee inventory integrity and restocking
• process repairs and stock, timestamp repair parts, pull and deliver parts to technicians
• manage vendor materials within department budgets
• recommend stock and reorder levels
• analyze inventory records
• process requisitions and purchase orders
• monitor stock and order status and expedite late orders
• maintain cross-reference records and track nonconforming parts
• resolve inventory discrepancies and participate in physical inventory
• source and evaluate vendors
• follow up on past-due orders
• support cost reduction
• assist customer service and operations with parts transactions
• file warranty claims for defective parts
• participate in service and quality initiatives and follow safety procedures.
