What you'll do

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and food-service equipment
• perform preventive maintenance and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• make minor plumbing and other food-service equipment repairs
• handle, recover, and dispose of refrigerants in accordance with applicable regulations
• communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• maintain service records
• and lead or mentor an apprentice as required.
