What you'll do

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary collection techniques while following established procedures.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties with confidence and accuracy.
• Verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain required records and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment for patients and coworkers.
• Travel to Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed to support business needs.
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
