Floating Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Generate leasing traffic
• respond to inquiries
• greet and tour prospective residents
• qualify prospects and close leases by obtaining applications and deposits
• process applications and prepare lease files
• record traffic and follow up with prospects
• support community marketing and outreach
• inspect property and model units
• assist with resident service requests, renewals, move-ins, and move-in presentations
• maintain files and market surveys
• travel among assigned sites.
