What you'll do

• Ensure clinical program compliance with CARF and applicable policies
• assist with surveys, inspections, and funding sources
• assess training needs and develop training
• supervise clinical teammates
• review and complete treatment documentation
• present seminars and counseling when necessary
• assist staff with treatment difficulties and planning
• monitor staff effectiveness and development
• review clinical program areas and interact with patients
• protect patient confidentiality
• maintain relationships with medical professionals and referral sources
• assess participant needs and communicate with leadership
• maintain a caseload when needed for census purposes.
