What you'll do

• Support the Director with planning, directing, and coaching in the Food Service Department
• follow the menu program and special-diet procedures
• prepare food safely in response to resident preferences
• maintain food temperatures and time controls
• store and date food appropriately
• support meal service and check resident satisfaction
• provide input on hiring, training, and staff evaluations
• maintain a clean kitchen and safe work environment.
