Commercial Construction Project Coordinator

Job overview

The Commercial Construction Project Coordinator role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, and is full-time. Compensation is $50,000–$90,000 per year. The coordinator supports commercial construction project delivery from procurement through closeout. The role keeps project information, costs, schedules, contracts, and communications organized so project teams can track milestones and approvals. Coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers supports timely execution and quality control.

What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• support procurement of materials and services
• distribute scopes of work to subcontractors and vendors
• assist with subcontract creation and change orders
• support project accounting and cost tracking
• route contracts
• coordinate schedules and communication protocols
• participate in field quality control and job meetings as needed
• assist with submittals, documentation, and closeout
• travel to project sites 2–3 days per week.
