What you'll do

• Post new and used vehicle deals
• review deal paperwork for completeness
• reconcile general ledger accounts, accounting schedules, vehicle inventory, and dealership accounts
• process bank reconciliations and manufacturer statements
• assist with month-end and year-end closing
• review contracts and funding paperwork
• work with Sales, Finance, and Office teams to resolve accounting issues
• maintain financial records and follow dealership procedures.
