The project manager leads the financial and contractual coordination of building projects, partnering with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and the superintendent to keep work within budget and scope and support project delivery.

What you'll do

• Maintain understanding of project contracts
• document project updates, logs, and changes
• establish purchasing plans and make buyout decisions
• support schedule tracking with the superintendent
• manage owner relationships and meetings
• submit owner pay applications
• communicate with subcontractors
• review invoices and change orders
• and ensure work conforms to contract documents and scope.
