What you'll do

• Manage commercial account-opening requests from intake through activation
• communicate requirements, documentation needs, status, and next steps to customers and relationship teams
• collect and review entity, CIP, beneficial ownership, signer, and tax documentation
• prepare and process account-opening documents
• coordinate debit cards, checks, online banking access, transfers, and other approved deposit services
• refer Treasury product requests to Treasury Management
• follow up after onboarding
• process account maintenance and servicing requests
• research and resolve customer questions
• assist with business online banking access and routine questions
• monitor work queues and pending items
• maintain accurate records
• identify and escalate documentation, fraud, risk, and system concerns
• collaborate with internal departments
• support procedures, training, testing, process improvements, and projects.
