What you'll do

• Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs
• troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• complete guest-room maintenance requests
• repair fixtures, doors, locks, furniture, and equipment
• perform preventive maintenance
• respond to requests
• inspect equipment and identify potential issues
• follow hotel safety and maintenance standards.
