Regional Market Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional membership recruitment and retention plans
• analyze market trends and growth opportunities
• attend community, school, and recruitment events
• support volunteer leaders
• build relationships with schools, community groups, businesses, and civic organizations
• manage regional Facebook and Instagram efforts
• collaborate on local campaigns
• identify sponsorship and donation opportunities
• and represent the region in council strategy discussions. May supervise local recruitment specialists or seasonal staff where applicable.
