What you'll do

• Complete client assessments and intakes
• develop and review treatment plans
• use appropriate session modalities
• coordinate referrals and services
• provide advocacy, monitoring, reassessment, and follow-up
• lead assigned group sessions
• participate in treatment team meetings
• maintain case records and crisis assistance plans
• submit session notes within 48 hours
• complete continuing education
• represent the company at community events.
