Senior Well Engineer

What you'll do

• Advise on North American unconventional drilling and completion practices
• design and plan wells, including trajectory, geosteering, casing, cementing, mud, hydraulics, and procedures
• adapt practices to Chinese assets and operating conditions
• provide guidance across drilling, completions, and hydraulic fracturing
• review reports and provide remote and onsite operational guidance
• document lessons learned and root-cause analyses
• mentor and train engineers and field staff
• develop standards, KPIs, and workflows
• evaluate tools and services with vendors and contractors.
