The Medical Director, Geriatric Medicine role is onsite in the Youngstown, OH area, with care delivered in clinics, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and patients’ homes. Compensation is not specified. Ennoble Care provides mobile primary, palliative, and hospice care for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility. The physician provides direct geriatric care while supporting regional medical direction, quality, and care coordination. The role also contributes clinical expertise to protocols, case reviews, provider training, and quality initiatives in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care to older adults
• conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments
• diagnose and manage complex chronic conditions and medications
• develop treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers
• guide end-of-life planning and palliative care coordination
• coordinate with multidisciplinary clinicians
• support nurse practitioners and physician assistants
• contribute to protocols, case reviews, provider training, quality improvement, and clinical research as directed
• maintain compliant documentation and continuing medical education.
