Worship Production Technician

Job overview

The Worship Production Technician role is onsite in Wylie, TX; compensation is not specified. The position supports The Cross Church’s mission to spread God’s fame by making disciples of all people. The technician prepares, operates, and maintains production systems so worship services, rehearsals, ministry events, and special programs can run consistently with minimal distraction. The role also supports production volunteers and the Creative Arts team throughout the week.

What you'll do

• Operate front-of-house audio and support livestream, broadcast, lighting, video, and presentation systems
• prepare stages and production environments
• assist with rehearsals and sound checks
• troubleshoot production issues
• maintain production files, equipment, inventory, and workspaces
• help train and equip volunteers
• provide production support for special and off-site events as needed.
