What you'll do

• Travel between assigned assisted-living and healthcare communities to assess and support culinary operations
• follow consistent culinary standards, procedures, recipes, presentation, and service expectations
• cook and prepare meals to support efficiency, quality, and nutritional satisfaction
• support new community openings, leadership transitions, staffing shortages, and operational turnarounds as needed
• prepare appealing, flavorful, nutritious, properly portioned meals served at appropriate temperatures
• support menus and modified, therapeutic, texture-modified, and allergen-sensitive diets
• maintain food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• monitor food storage, temperature control, labeling, dating, allergen management, and sanitation procedures
• comply with applicable health regulations and community policies.

Why this role
