Job overview

The Customer Service Desk (CSD) Helpdesk Technician role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. Compensation is $65,000–$80,000 per year. The technician provides first-line IT and communications support for HQ USSPACECOM personnel and supports mission computer hardware, software, and LANs.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary IT support contact, manage and coordinate customer tickets, provide telephone, email, ticket, and walk-up support at listed facilities, remediate onsite hardware and software issues, coordinate complex issues with system owners and maintenance agencies, configure and troubleshoot military devices, and maintain service and maintenance records. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required
• travel within the continental United States may be required at less than 10%.
