Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Tour the community and available apartments and explain features, amenities, and leasing terms
• respond to prospective tenants and provide tailored leasing information
• guide applicants through applications, background checks, and lease agreements using Yardi’s CRM
• assist with marketing, social media, resident events, and local business collaborations
• monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitors
• maintain resident relationships and encourage renewals and referrals
• maintain lead, application, and renewal records and assist with leasing office administration.
