What you'll do

• Assist with agency business goals under mutually agreed expectations
• respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
• communicate with customers to support business development.
