What you'll do

• Place outbound calls to potential customers
• set, confirm, and manage appointments for design consultants and field sales
• handle inbound calls, answer questions, and route customers to departments
• maintain customer records in the company CRM
• follow up with previous no-sale customers
• provide administrative support and assist with cross-functional project logistics and office tasks.
