Job overview

The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite role based in Slatington, PA, with a salary range of $260,000 to $350,000 per year. This position supports the Pennsylvania branch of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, coaching managers and overseeing daily operations to ensure high levels of productivity, safety, and customer service. The Director drives operational excellence by implementing data-driven improvements and maintaining high standards across a large-scale distribution facility.

What you'll do

• Lead warehouse floor operations, direct inbound and outbound processes, coach and develop warehouse managers, drive operational excellence through KPIs, and investigate and resolve operational challenges.
