What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and project meetings
• maintain project plans and schedules
• review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and submittals
• track requests for information and change orders
• collect and distribute as-builts and closeout documents
• support field observations, safety, payment requests, payroll records, lien waivers, contracts, and project files
• and provide administrative support.
