School Psychologist (Hybrid)

The School Psychologist (Hybrid) role is based in Rowlett, TX, with in-person testing and evaluations, in-person meetings as needed, and report writing that can be done anywhere. Compensation is $44–$62 per hour. The role supports student learning and development through school-based psychological services. The psychologist conducts evaluations, contributes to Individualized Education Programs and Section 504 Plans, provides counseling and behavioral support, and collaborates with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. The work also includes behavioral assessments, crisis prevention support, consultation, and compliance documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
• participate in developing and implementing IEPs and Section 504 Plans
• provide counseling and behavioral support
• collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• assist with FBAs and Behavior Intervention Plans
• support crisis intervention and prevention
• maintain documentation and comply with IDEA, Section 504, TEA guidelines, and district regulations
• consult with staff on student behavior, mental health, and academic interventions.
