Senior Project Manager, Industrial Construction

What you'll do

• Plan, organize, and assist in staffing key field positions
• oversee construction through an onsite superintendent to support schedule and budget goals
• investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures
• assist with project pursuit and procurement, including RFQ responses and interviews
• prepare subcontracts
• maintain project schedules
• participate in employee continuing education
• forecast work, timing, and assignments
• use ProCore, Viewpoint, and other relevant industry software
• ensure vehicle fleet and equipment are maintained
• uphold safety and support the goal of zero accidents
• investigate and document accidents.
