Job overview
The Assertive Community Treatment Clinical Manager role is hybrid in Washington, DC, with three days in the office and two days remote. The stated annual salary range is $100,000–$110,000. What you'll do
- Oversee daily ACT team operations
- evaluate client status and plan for changing needs
- review team performance and use data to improve care and staff productivity
- ensure compliance with District of Columbia and other applicable requirements
- manage treatment plans and clinical interventions
- supervise and countersign clinical documentation
- audit records
- maintain referral and regulatory relationships
- maintain HIPAA compliance
- handle emergencies effectively.
