The Aerospace Product Support Engineer role is an onsite position in South Saint Paul, MN, paying $92,300–$138,500 annually. The position is part of Wipaire’s Engineering department, supporting existing aviation products and contributing to research and development and product improvement projects. Wipaire has engineered and manufactured aircraft floats for 60 years and provides aviation services worldwide. The engineer helps customers and internal teams resolve product-use and technical issues, address safety and service concerns, and improve product designs and documentation. The work supports product reliability, certification, manufacturing, and customer service throughout the product lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Provide internal and external product support
• troubleshoot and analyze design or customer-use issues
• document repair designs
• review engineering change requests
• address safety and service issues
• support FAA substantiation and engineering change processes
• participate in material review boards
• assist marketing materials
• maintain non-FAA-approved technical publications, parts manuals, work instructions, and bills of materials.
