What you'll do

• Plan nutritious, balanced menus for senior residents

• create new dishes
• coordinate with dietary staff and healthcare professionals on dietary restrictions
• store, handle, and prepare food safely
• monitor and record food temperatures
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
