Construction Laborer — Restoration and Mitigation

Job overview

The Construction Laborer — Restoration and Mitigation role is onsite in Clinton, CT; pay is $18–$23 per hour. The laborer supports Paul Davis Restoration’s work restoring properties after disasters such as floods and fires, serving customers and communities during recovery. The role performs mitigation and restoration work under the Mitigation Manager, helping protect and restore damaged properties. It contributes through hands-on project work, equipment care, customer service, and support for other team members.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation under the Mitigation Manager
• maintain a clean, stocked truck and company equipment
• assist with warehouse and facility tasks
• support team members
• participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
